For ZHEJIANG SHUANGKAI AUTOMOBILE AIR-CONDITION CO.,LTD, the main products are evaporator(laminated and serpentine), condenser(parallel flow  and serpentine) and heater cores. At present, there are about 3000 kinds of evaporator and condenser with full scope. For many years, The company are always persisting in absorbing the advanced technology from home and abroad. So that, our product has wined a good prestige on both home and abroad markets. Also, the quality, appearance and price all get high opinion from vast customers. On home and board, ZHEJIANG SHUANGKAI AUTOMOBILE AIR-CONDITION CO., LTD makes OE products for those customers：American AI, Shenyang SANDEN、Brazil Ford, Chongqing Saite, Fuzhou Taiquan(southeast car) and so on.. And makes OE products for these cars: American GM’s Fisker model, Korea LANOS（Russian plant），Ford Ficsta， DFM mini auto，Changan Star and FAW jiabao etc.

The company is equipped with advanced production and testing facilities, including: two self-designed nitrogen-protected tunnel brazing production lines with international leading technology; one fully automated multi-functional low-emission ultrasonic cleaning line; four heat exchanger assembly lines with automatic nitrogen pressure controllers; five closed double electric presses; two domestically advanced progressive stamping dies; automatic flat tube straighteners and header forming machines; full-automatic fin rolling machines with various wave heights; product assembly stations; pipe forming machines with automatic bending equipment; and various punching machines.
