Zhejiang Shuangkai Automobile Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. participated in the Qingtian County enterprise assistance pairing ceremony with underdeveloped villages in Linggen Township.

On June 22nd, a pairing ceremony was held in Linggen Township to match five enterprises—China Green Water Separation Equipment Co., Ltd., Qingtian Southern Ceramic Raw Materials Co., Ltd., Qingtian Dubliang Shoe Materials Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Shuangkai Automobile Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., and Qingtian Hongkang Zipper Co., Ltd.—with five underdeveloped villages in the township. Representatives from the County Government Office, the Economic and Trade Bureau, the five enterprises, as well as leaders and cadres from Linggen Township and the main responsible persons from each paired village participated in the ceremony.

Linggen Township, located in the hinterland of the Tankeng Reservoir area, is one of the underdeveloped townships in our county. In recent years, the county party committee and government have attached great importance to the development of the Tankeng Reservoir area and specifically issued relevant policies such as the "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Tankeng Reservoir Area" to assist the area in improving infrastructure and accelerating industrial development. Since 2009, the county finance has allocated 1 million yuan annually for three consecutive years specifically to support the industrial development of various villages in the reservoir area. Among them, 36 government agencies, including the County Party Committee Office and the County Government Office, have formed partnerships with 36 administrative villages in three townships within the reservoir area, with a total assistance fund exceeding 3 million yuan. In 2010, led by the County United Front Work Department, the project of "Hundred Overseas Chinese Associations Aid Hundred Villages, Thousand Overseas Chinese Support Thousand Households" extended its reach to Linggen Township, with overseas Chinese Mr. Xia Kecheng providing assistance to Huangtuoshan Village in Linggen Township. In 2010, two party branches, including the party branch of the County Science and Technology Bureau under the "Hundred-Thousand Projects" for grassroots party building, formed partnerships with the party branches of two villages in Linggen Township. These various forms of assistance and partnerships have played a significant role in promoting the economic and social development of Linggen Township. The infrastructure in the reservoir area has been further improved, the production and living difficulties of the people have been gradually resolved, and farmers' incomes have increased significantly.

Currently, our county is deeply implementing the "Five-by-Five Action Plan" to vigorously promote the leading development of the industrial economy in the city. In 2009, the total industrial output value of our county exceeded 20 billion yuan, and in 2010, it reached 24.52 billion yuan. This "pairing of villages with enterprises" is another new initiative in our county to leverage the advantages of industrial enterprises, guide enterprises to give back to society, engage in social construction, and assist the development of the Tankeng Reservoir area. It will further advance the construction and development of villages within the reservoir area and improve the production and living conditions of the local residents.

At the pairing ceremony, the five enterprises, including China Green Water Separation Equipment Co., Ltd., and the five paired villages briefly introduced their basic situations. Representatives from the County Government Office, the County Economic and Trade Bureau, Linggen Township, and other units also delivered speeches, and a preliminary consensus was reached on the forms and measures of assistance.
